Por meio de uma abordagem psicossocial, foram realizados quatro encontros cujos temas enfatizaram o cuidado e a saúde mental no espaço universitário, além da ampliação do diálogo com a comunidade acadêmica e externa, por meio de seminários e da criação de uma rede social. Essas ações permitiram perceber: a importância da construção de espaços de cuidado e/ou autocuidado que favoreçam a participação da população negra e/ou LGBTQIA+; a relevância dos marcadores raça, gênero, orientação sexual e outros para a saúde mental e a urgência de se pensar as ações afirmativas em articulação com a comunidade interna e externa à universidade; e a importância de espaços de atenção à saúde mental para estudantes negras/os/es e/ou LGBTQIA+, na comunidade universitária, de forma a tencioná-la como um processobiopsicossocial. Abstract : This paper presents an experience report on the project “EntrEncontros: reception wheel in mental health” (PRACE/UFOP), which, throughout 2020, sought to offer reception to university students in the last year of the course at the Federal University of Ouro Preto (UFOP), self-declared black and/or LGBTQIA+. Through a psychosocial approach, occurred four meetings whose themes emphasized care and mental health in the university space, in addition to expanding the dialogue with the academic and external community, through seminars and the creation of a social network. These actions allowed us to perceive: the importance of building care and/or self-care spaces that favor the participation of the black and/or LGBTQIA+ population; the relevance of race, gender, sexual orientation and other markers for mental health and the urgency of thinking about affirmative actions in conjunction with the community inside and outside the university; and the importance of mental health care spaces for black and/or LGBTQIA+ students in the university community, in order to intend it as a biopsychosocial process.
