| Sumario: | The aim of the article is to propose a metric of the level of contribution of a university to regional development through innovation. The research carried out has a theoretical approach and a systematic review of the integrative type literature was adopted as a methodological procedure. This literature was carried in the national literature as an international of the last 10 years, considering the relationship between university, innovation and regional development. As a result, specific approaches and models are presented, focusing on the propositions of the Triple Helix (ETZKOWITZ; ZHOU, 2017) and University Products (LENDEL; QIAN, 2017), followed by a metric proposal that allows more accurate identification and analysis of the level of contribution of universities to regional development through innovation. It is concluded that the main contribution of this article is to present a way to measure and / or classify the contributions that the university to regional economic development through innovation. |
