Sumario: | Mucocele, usually associated to paranasal sinuses is defined as an abnormal accumulation and retention of mucous secretions. It usually presents with intraorbital or paranasal and rarely with pure neurological symptoms. We report a 41 years old male who presented with a history of supraorbital left headache, diplopia and proptosis. CT scans and magnetic resonance imaging showed an expansive mass in the right frontal sinus. The patient was operated, the presumptive preoperative clinical diagnosis of mucocele was confirmed and the lesion was drained.
