Pathology demonstrated a gastric ¡ympho-histiocytic non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The patient received complementary radiotherapy and was followed with annual endoscopies for 23 years. In 2006, he presented with fatigue. An upper gastrointestinal endoscopy showed an ulcerated and proliferative lesión at the gastric stump. Biopsy demonstrated a gastric adenocarcinoma. Gastric stump resection with lymph node dissection was perfomed. Pathology of the excised specimen showed a moderately differentiated tubular adenocarcinoma of the gastrojejunal anastomoses which infiltrated up to the subserosa.
