A stereotactic cerebral biopsy showed reactive gliosis and a prominent atypical angiocentric and angiodestructive lymphoid infiltrate containing large pleomorphic CD20 and EBV-positive cells consistent with Lymphomatoid granulomatosis. Other studies were negative.
