Sumario: | Rowell's syndrome is characterized by an association of lupus erythematosus and erythema multiforme, with distinctive laboratory findings. Its treatment is similar to lupus. Because of the spread of cutaneous involvement and development of epidermal detachment, she required therapy with intravenous corticosteroids and gamma globulin. |
