Immunostaining of MMP-20 was observed from the presecretor stadium in stellate reticulum and intermediate stratum and in the basal portion of ameloblasts in the secretory stage in stellate reticulum, stratum intermedium, secretory ameloblasts, odontoblasts and dental papilla.
