Sumario:The essential oil from flowers of Tagetes erecta was evaluated for antioxidant activity in vitro using diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), thiocyanate, b-carotene bleaching, free radical scavenging activity and oxidation of deoxyribose assay.
