The mass balance in all the cases was not below 100 ± 7 %. The calibration curve are linear at 1opt , 245, 230, and 220 nm in the interval 0.1-4.0 mg/mL, 0.2-3.0 mg/mL and 0.2-6.0 mg/mL, respectively.
