The obtained polymers were characterized by means of FT-IR spectroscopy, elemental analyses and inherent viscosity. These CoPAs were highly soluble in polar aprotic solvents such as N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc), N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), W-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) and other solvents such as sulfuric acid.
