The modified electrodes were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Scan Electron Microscopy (SEM) with Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDS). The results indicate that both hydroxides are homogeneously distributed in the electrode surface.
