Chromatographic separation was carried out using Purospher star C18 (5 µm, 25 × 0.46 cm) column at room temperature (25± 2 °C) with flow rate of 1 ml /min, detector was set at 250nm and mobile Phase was 95:5 v/v methanol: water. The correlation coefficient of both drugs was found to be > 0.990 and 0.999.
