Transmitted information is more sensitive and related to financial transactions in e-commerce or communication between the client and the bank. There is an extremely important question of security hidden on the background of these applications. Is the security of distributed Smart Banking applications in Slovakia sufficient? How secure are these applications and which features may influence the security of these applications. The aim of the paper is to analyze the security of Smart Banking applications distributed by Slovak banks. The outcomes of our research are the specifications of parameters which affects the security of these applications.
