As a preamble to the study, a precise definition of sustainable tourism is offered, the challenges of generating an environmental policy for tourism in the face of the exploitation-preservation dichotomy are described, the importance of the state as a regulatory entity is emphasized, and finally some guidelines are established for the formulation of this environmental policy in the Sogamoso hydroelectric plant.info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessUniversidad de Talca.
