Sumario: | We report on a two year old female patient who presented with expansion to the left side of the ramus and body of the mandibule. Imaging studies revealed a lesion with characteristics suggestive of vascular origin. Histopathological analysis determined the presence of an intraosseous Hemangioma. Embolization guided angiography of the left external carotid artery was performed followed by surveillance to monitor regression of the lesion. |
