Sumario: | Abstract New distributional data is provided for Ea australis Distant, 1911 in Chile and Argentina. The presence of this species in the Magallanes Region of southern Chile is confirmed. On the other hand the northernmost record for this species is provided, from Neuquén Province in Argentina. The first hostplant records (Nothofagus pumilio and Nothofagus sp., Nothofagaceae) for Ea australis are provided.
