| Sumario: | Creativity is a tool to achieve timely, less costly solutions, best technique and greater perception of value for anyone who makes and uses the resource. Relying on creativity and lateral thinking to achieve timely, less costly solutions and best technique to achieve goals, value Analysis and engineering, applied to construction projects of shopping malls, leads to greater productivity in better operability to buildings. The study contributes to the widespread knowledge of the practices of the engineering and value Analysis in projects, shopping malls, and how it affects the operating costs. In addition to the important participation of the thread to the Brazilian GDP (gross domestic product), owners of shopping malls have exercised extensive contribution to sustainability and support the communities living in the surroundings of these buildings. This article seeks to demonstrate that there is the engineering practice and value Analysis in construction projects of shopping malls and the great concern of all agents involved in projects for the reduction of operating costs. |
