Case Report: The patient was rehabilitated with implants associated with guided bone regeneration and immediate provisionalization. After 4 months, the custom molding was made in order to receive the metal-ceramic prosthesis. The follow-up lasted 24 months and there was no painful symptomatology, infection, implant mobility or marked peri-implant bone loss in this period.
