Sumario:The purpose of this study was to identify the organizational factors that influence and determine the job satisfaction and commitment of the employees of the Puerto Rico Department of Housing in the Humacao region. In addition, analyze whether employees are committed to the service they provide. To citizens and their level of commitment, how satisfied they are with the work environment and how it relates to efficiency and the organizational climate. To achieve these objectives, various theories regarding organizational climate, commitment and job satisfaction were reviewed, including those or Robbins and Judge, 2013; Chiavenato 2009; Toro et al., 2009 and Newstrom, 2007
