In the analyses, the structural equation modeling technique was applied. The results show a positive relationship between the organizational values and the reward system, which indicates that the values of conformity, tradition, prestige, and concern for the community are related to monetary and non-monetary incentives in the investigated family business. Partial mediation of informal controls in this relationship was confirmed, which indicates that organizational values affect the rewards system through cultural and personal controls.
