Methodologically, this is a case study, with a qualitative-quantitative approach, with an exploratory-descriptive character. The organization that was the object of this study was a public teaching institution, multicampi, formed by ten academic-administrative units of which 543 students participated. Descriptive statistics and content analysis were used to analyze the data collected. The results allowed us to identify that many factors influence evasion, graduation and academic retention.
