However, organizations are unable to identify those acts of violence which affect greatly their activities, and consequently their performance. This research aimed to identify the consequences provided by workplace bullying verified by teachers and technical and administrative servants in a Higher Education Institute. The research was classified as descriptive, with a quanti-qualitative approach, and a study case. The data were collected by an online survey (279 respondents) and by interviews (6 interviewed). Quantitative data were treated statistically, and qualitative data were treated by content analysis. The health effects on workers were: disturbed/physical problems, headaches, stress, discouragement, isolation, wanting to retire, and others.
