Description
Summary:Based on a comparative method of observation of academic practices in Argentina and France, this article examines the links between the notion of value and community in the literary discipline. We try to identify the role played by value in the definition of objects and in the definition of the corpus, taking as a basis the reflections of epistemologists such as Thomas S. Kuhn, Paul Feyerabend, Imre Lakatos as well as the contributions of sociology and anthropology (Fabiani, Becher, Trowler). The conclusions are oriented towards a disciplinary comparatism that highlights the bases on which literary studies have been built in Argentina and France.
