| Résumé: | Art of a society is a resultant of tangible and intangible cultural elements which have been accumulated throughout the course of history by various interactions that has been transmitted to the present time. The art which builds itself on self philosophical substructures of a society, gains momentum from political, economic and socio-cultural movements of a period and their common denominators with politics is of shaping the society. As politicians prefer to dictate their dogmatic doctrines to the society through direct imposition, the artists on the other hand, by adopting an aesthetic approach, prefer to open this dogmatic doctrine to debate to form a social entente. Supervisory aspect of the arts, in representation of the universe of “ideas” and politics in representation of the universe of “realities” by forming a dialectical structure with each other, aim to reach the reasonable equilibrium in the governance.
