This helps in achieving required goals of quality education. The conduction of teaching practice workshop enables learners to teach effectively as the workshop provides the students with practice of teaching and classroom management skills. The present study investigated the role teaching staff, difficulties of the distance learners, and the role of the Allama Iqbal Open University in the conduction of teaching practice workshop. The population was Allama Iqbal Open University Peshawar region BEd and PTC students. The pilot study of the research instruments was carried out on construct validity. The reliability of the research tools was tested on Factor analyses and Cronbach’s alpha. It was descriptive research study. The data was collected from 80 B.Ed and 70 PTC workshop students and the data was analyzed on frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and independent sample t-test.
