Within the scope of the research, the relation between the leadership styles perceived by flight attendants working in Turkish Airlines and their job satisfaction was analyzed. The research population is composed of THY “Turkish Airlines”, and the example is composed of the related institution’s personnel working as “Flight Attendant”. The implementation process of the study took two and half months approximately, a total of 750 questionnaire forms were distributed to the participants. Participants were selected randomly. A questionnaire composed of two scales was used in the study. There are 123 scaled questions in the questionnaire used. 64 questions are 4-likert, 36 questions are 5-likert scaled. The questionnaire used in the study was previously used in another study, and its reliability was ensured. Questionnaire data obtained from the participants were analyzed with SPSS 20.0 statistics program. Following the reliability analysis, 0.909 and 0.925 Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient was acquired. As directed to the purpose of the research, Pearson correlation analysis was carried out in order to determine the relation between job satisfaction and leadership. Moreover, t test was used regarding independent sample and variables.
