Sumario:With globalization, strategic leadership is an important point in achieving competitive advantage in a changing and changing business environment. The rapid changes in the whole world reveal the result of reviewing the competitive strategies applied by enterprises. The marketing strategies applied by businesses help them to stand in the global market. Strategic leaders, which influence businesses in all respects, play an important role in the development of their businesses and competing with other businesses. Strategic leaders need to develop appropriate marketing strategies to evaluate all opportunities and benefit their businesses. From this point of view, the aim of this study is to determine the effect of strategic leadership characteristics on competitive strategies. The universe of the study is composed of logistics enterprises located in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone and Kayseri Free Zone. A questionnaire was prepared to test the models and hypotheses in the study. The questionnaire was used for the Strategic Leadership by the Strategic Leadership Scale (SLO) ilave developed by Pisapia (2009), and by the triple typology developed by Porter (1987) for Competition Strategies, and by the international strategy of the international strategy developed by Wan (2004).
