Sumario:The purpose of this study is to examine knowledge management and organizational learning as predictors of organizational performance with innovation as a mediating variable. By using quantitative methods, the research data were collected from 40 supervisor employees of PT NSK Bearings Manufacturing Indonesia. Sampling technique using census technique. Data analysis using SMART PLS software. The results of this study are (1) There is a significant positive effect of knowledge management on innovation, (2) There is a significant positive effect of organizational learning on innovation, (3) There is a significant positive effect of knowledge management on organizational performance, (4) There is a significant positive effect on organizational learning. on organizational performance. (5) There is a significant positive effect of innovation on organizational performance. (6) There is an influence of knowledge management on organizational performance through innovation.
