In accordance with this purpose, the research sample consisted of 210 teacher candidates studying in 4th grade in the Faculty of Education at Giresun and Black Sea Technical University. Personal Information Form developed by the researchers, Multiple Intelligence Domains Inventory For Educators developed by Amstrong (1993) and translated into Turkish by Saban (2002), One-Dimensional Self-Efficacy Scale of Preschool Teachers developed by Tepe were used as data collection tool in this study. The data of this study were analyzed by SPSS package software.
