Businesses, that are able to offer its customers new products and services by taking advantage of creative ideas, will have a great advantage in terms of sustaining their lives, expansion, reaching their objectives and fulfilling customer requests. In this context, research aims to measure and compare employee attitudes related to creativity management in public and participation banks. In parallel with this aim, firstly, the conceptual framework of concepts such as creativity, organizational creativity, and creativity management explained, and after, research findings demonstrated and discussed. "Survey" method was used In the research. The data required for the research were obtained by face-to-face (personal communication) survey method. 153 out of 200 distributed questionnaires were returned. In the evaluation of the survey results, "SPSS for Windows 15.0" version was used. According to data analyses results, it is determined that employees of participation banks have high and positive attitudes in creativity management and organizational creativity culture, rather than employees of public banks. Additionally, it is also achieved significant relations among some demographic variables such as gender, age, term of employment.
