| Summary: | <p class="x------"><span class="char-style-override-8">Purpose </span>is development of practical offers of increase of efficiency of use of resource potential of rural territories for formation of self-sufficiency of territorial communities.</p><p class="x------"><span class="char-style-override-8">Methodology</span> is system approach of scientific knowledge. In thе research were used such methods аs: monographic, generalizations, comparisons, abstract and logical modeling and others.</p><p class="x------"><span class="char-style-override-8">Results.</span> The natural and resource potential of rural ter-ritories of Ukraine and Russia is considered in the article. The conclusion is drawn that at its uniqueness rural communities remain subsidized and people below the poverty line. Result of research is offered development of such directions of use of natural resources: for satisfaction of needs of a community; processing and further realization to locals or outside a community; export out of community limits. The advantages from a position of formation of self-sufficiency of rural communities are considered for each of directions, offers on improvement of the organizational and economic mechanism of their realization are developed.</p><p class="x------"><span class="char-style-override-8">Practical implications.</span> Conclusions of the research can be used in practical activities of public authorities and local government.</p><p><a href="http://elibrary.ru/item.asp?id=20789248"><strong>Purchase on Elibrary.ru > Buy now</strong></a></p> |
