Sumario:The purpose of this study is to reveal the articles dealing with “undesirable behaviors” in the field of “management” in Turkey. The research sample consists of 260 articles written from 2000 to 2017. Among the titles associated with “undesirable behaviors” are “discrimination”, “glass ceiling”, “unethical behaviors”, “whistleblowing”, “workaholism”, “fear”, “learned helplessness”, “mobbing”, “silence”, “cynicism”, and “burnout”. According to the results of the present study, the topics studied most among the above-mentioned are “burnout” and “mobbing”; the studies mostly aim to measure relationship/effect and difference; mostly the scales of Leymann and Maslach are used; correlation and regression analyses are made; and similar sectors and samples are focused on. Finally, “undesirable behaviors” is a concept that can be a title to all the topics mentioned.
