Genetic screens in isogenic mammalian cell lines without single cell cloning
Isogenic pairs of cell lines are powerful tools but time-consuming to generate. Here the authors conduct genome-wide genetic interactions screens of ‘anchor’ genes with SaCas9 and SpCas9.
