| Sumario: | Introducción: El desarrollo de la cultura general integral permite potenciar
el desempeño laboral con beneficio para la salud ocupacional; con esa óptica, el
proyecto científico-cultural HISTARTMED, que vincula historia, arte y medicina,
ha fortalecido la formación continua de los trabajadores de la salud durante 15
años. Objetivo: Describir el comportamiento de las actividades de superación
profesional realizadas bajo la égida de HISTARTMED en el período 2005-2019.
Material y método: Estudio descriptivo al proceso formativo del proyecto;
revisión documental a dictámenes e informes finales de las actividades acreditadas e impartidas, procesamiento mediante técnicas de estadística descriptiva.
Resultados: Se dictaminaron 88 actividades de superación profesional,
24dirigidas a profundizar en las manifestaciones artísticas, exponentes relevantes
y sus enfermedades -incluyendo las ocupacionales- y 22 al estudio de países y
continentes; 71 fueron cursos y 45 se acreditaron en el quinquenio 2010-2014.
Fueron impartidas 115 actividades con 2 577 graduados, 60 de las cuales datan
del período 2015-2019. Conclusiones: HISTARTMED acumula cifras importantes
de actividades acreditadas e impartidas, así como de egresados, con predominio
de cursos referentes al arte en sus diversas manifestaciones, figuras célebres y sus
padecimientos; 2010-2014 fue el período de mayor número de actividades
acreditadas, mientras que el de más actividades impartidas fue el 2015-2019. El
accionar formativo sostenido de HISTARTMED ha enriquecido la formación
continua de los trabajadores de la salud cubanos desde la arista cultural, artística
e histórica, y por los beneficios que esto les reporta en sus puestos de trabajo,
constituye un proyecto que privilegia la salud laboral.
Introduction: The development of the integral general culture allows to
increase the labor acting with benefit for the occupational health. From that viewpoint, HISTARTMED scientific-cultural project linking history, art, and medicine has strengthened the continuing education of the health workers during 15 years. Objective: To describe the behavior of the professional growth activities carried out under the aegis of HISTARTMED during the period 2005-2019. Material and method: Descriptive study of the formative
process of the project, documental review to dictated documents, and final
reports of the accredited and imparted activities and, descriptive statistical techniques to process data. Results: 88 professional growth activities were dictated, 24 in order to deepen in artistic manifestations, outstanding exponents and their diseases -including the occupational ones- and 22 devoted to the study of countries and continents; 71 were courses and 45 were dictated during the five years period 2010-2014. 115 activities were imparted with
2,577 graduates, 60 belong to the five years period 2015-2019. Conclusions:
HISTARTMED accumulates important numbers of accredited and imparted
activities as well as of graduates, with the prevalence of courses relative to artistic manifestations, outstanding exponents, and their diseases. 2010-2014 was the
period of the maximum number of accredited activities and 2015-2019 was the period of the maximum number of imparted activities. The constant
formative working of HISTARTMED evidence how the continuing education of Cuban health workers have become rich from the cultural, artistic and
historical edge; due to the benefits that these results report them in their work
positions, HISTARTMED represents a project that privileges labor health. |
