Sumario: | In this study, it was aimed to determine the influence of perception of talent management on organizational adaptability and intention to leave job in tourism operations. For this purpose, 210 employees were reached through the questionnaire in tourism operations in Muğla province. According to the results obtained from the questionnaire, it was found that there is a moderately significant positive relationship between talent management perceptions and organizational adaptability and negativity a weakly significant relationship with intent to leave job. According to the results of a regression analysis, organizational adaptability and intention to leave job can be explained by the variability of the perception of talent management. In this context, talent management increases organizational adaptability of employees and reduces the intention to leave job tourism operations. Nevertheless, there is no significant difference between the perception of talent management and gender, age, educational status, working time in the tourism sector, department where they are employed who participated in this study. There is no significant difference between the organizational adaptability and gender, age, working time in the tourism sector. But there is significant difference between the organizational adaptability and educational status variable, department where they are employed. In addition, there is no significant difference between the intention to leave job and gender, educational status, the working time in the tourism sector. However, participants' opinions regarding the intention to leave showed a significant difference according to age, the department in which they were employed in this study . |
