So, was performed a descriptive quantitative research, drawing on the case study. The survey sample consisted of 392 servers from a Federal Institution of Higher Education. The r esults show that the sample had a high impact on the job training, a high affective organizational commitment and a moderate entrenchment, indicating that courses provided by servers are brought back in terms of transfer and application of knowledge.
