Src family kinases activity is required for transmitting purinergic P2X7 receptor signaling in cortical spreading depression and neuroinflammation
Highlights • SFKs activity-mediated P2X7 receptor signaling facilitates CSD propagation via glutamatergic pathway and also promotes neuroinflammation. • P2X7 receptor/SFKs signaling can be targeted for migraine prophylaxis and therapy.
