METHODS: This cross-sectional study (2013) was aimed to validate the questionnaires related to teachers evaluation. In order to ensure face validity, viewpoints of 7 experts were collected. For checking content validity, Lawshe method was applied to estimate CVR and CVI applying 40 faculty members veiwpoints. Reliability was confirmed using split half method on 125 selected students. Chronbach's alpha was applied for each part and Spearman correlation was used for assessment the internal correlation of the whole questionnaire. FINDINGS: Findings showed that each question in both theoretical and field forms has CVR more than 0.29 that considered as the least level of validity, CVI for theoretical form was more than 0.79 as validity record, although the quality of training in practical skills and professional ethics had no acceptable CVI. Moreover, the reliability of both forms were confirmed. CONCLUSION: According to the present findings, validity and reliability of the questionnaires in theoretical courses was confirmed and for field courses it is recommended to apply specific and practical forms considering the type and content of professional education in each group and faculty.Peyvand BastaniNayyereSadat RouhollahiAli TahernejadBabol University of Medical Sciencesarticleteacher evaluationstudent questionnairevalidityreliabilitytehran university of medical sciences.MedicineREducationLFAآموزش پزشکی, Vol 3, Iss 1, Pp 7-14 (2015)
