Sumario:Characterize the organizational justice from the perspective of teachers-managers with work in the university context, of SantaCatarina/Brazil was purpose of this article. The research, focusing on qualitative exploratory and descriptive, with the participation of teachers- managers from universities of Santa Catarina. In the results, which prevails in the manifestations of the participants is the perception of organizational injustice, as necessary, are note quality or fair nessor some are criteria for determining the distribution of resourcesand rewards, benefits, rewardsand opportunities of development and professional training, since subjectivity, convenience, favors, privileges and personal interests prevail in the distributive processin many universities. The means used by managementto achieve the results are perceived as fair by most teachers, managers, however, the steps prior to the distribution of resources and rewardsand how it processes the decision does not enjoy the same evaluation. Social-interactional justice on the participants show respect in the treatment by management, yet few realize some of the same sensitivity to their personal problems. There is a prevalence of perceptions of injustice-informational interaction, since the feedback system, transmission, explanation and justification for decisions taken by management or not occur or are compromised.
