Lattice Thermal Conductivity of MgSiO3 Perovskite from First Principles
Abstract We investigate lattice thermal conductivity κ of MgSiO3 perovskite (pv) by ab initio lattice dynamics calculations combined with exact solution of linearized phonon Boltzmann equation.
