Specifically, among these, it appears that the management style was among the precursors to the level of efficiency and financial profitability. As a general approach that organizational managers take advantage of in order to achieve organizational goals, the management style was to function as a guiding function in effectively coordinating organizations against uncertainties, ensuring that employees are committed to vision, increasing their loyal commitment, and what behavior should be preferred in coping with ethical problems. The aim of this research was to reveal the relationship between the management style applied in private sector enterprises in Aydın and the organizational ethical climate and its dimensions that employees perceive. Within the scope of the research, the focus was on the application part after evaluating the theoretical and empirical findings on management styles and perceived ethical climate relation. The survey form designed for the implementation of the survey was applied to 138 employees working in the tourism sector in Aydın. As a result of the analysis made in the research process, it was found that there is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the applied management's salience and the organizational ethical climate that employees perceive.
