Fotóforos subcutáneos en el calamar gigante Dosidicus gigas (d'Orbigny, 1835) (Cephalopoda: Ommastrephidae)
In Dosidicus gigas small pale yellow ovoid inclusion bodies corresponded to subcutaneous photophores, which were embedded in the mantle muscle, at differing depths.
